Mission Statement

Of The

Franklin Adoptive and Foster Parent Association

Our purpose is to:

Enhance the lives of children that otherwise may not have the chance to share life, love and laughter and to provide guidance to these children so they may grow and become responsible contributors to society.

Support Adoptive and Foster parents with issues that impact their lives by providing education and training that enhances the Foster and Adoptive lifestyle.

Be proactive and supportive in state and federal legislation that will improve both the parents and the children’s lives.

As a Foster Parent we will provide an alternate to otherwise unacceptable conditions, as deemed by the State, that will be a safe nurturing environment.

Be an example to the children by being a parent.

As an Adoptive Parent we will provide a lifelong family environment that is nurturing, loving and committed to the lifelong success of the child and the family.
